The ActiveWestminster Park Makers Scheme is a council-backed initiative that allows fitness professionals, sports coaches, and community groups to run outdoor physical activity sessions across Westminster’s parks completely free of charge.

Eligibility & Requirements

Joining the scheme is free, but to ensure resident safety, applicants must obtain the ActiveWestminster Mark, a two-year quality accreditation. This requires submitting proof of:

• Relevant professional coaching or fitness qualifications
• Public liability insurance
• Safeguarding measures and risk assessments
• First Aid Training
